The Tiger Oscar is a fascinating fish from the amazon basin. It will eat almost anything even though we usually catch them on bread and sometimes crappie jigs.

Peacock Bass, Mayan Cichlid, Tilapia in High Definition ᴴᴰ

Big peacock bass in HD 1080p @ 30fps using a GOPRO HD Hero3.  Peacock bass are one of the most exciting fish to catch. They are awesome game fish, they are definitely big boy fish. In this video I also hooked a mayan cichlid that was protecting its young and at the very last second as I was bringing it on to land the line snapped!  First  three fish in the video are caught on ultralight tackle. The peacock bass however was caught on a tigerlite rod and daiwa bg 30 spooled with 12lb mono line.  I hope all viewers enjoy this video!
